Your item will be shipped via UPS express two days shipping worldwide. outletm.com processes your order the next business day after payment received. You will receive the tracking number after your item shipped. If you don't receive your item in four days after purchase, please check your tracking number to see the condition of package. Sometimes UPS requires special delivery schedule for the customers who could not found in the address that is declared. We shipped more than 10.000 items worldwide without problem so far with UPS service. In any case, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return as if it is in original condition. We can full refund in two weeks after delivery for return items. After two weeks, you can get store credit for the return items.
